Delivery schedule/配送日について

Basic policy: before 12PM order we will deliver to SAGAWA at that day.
 (From Monday to Friday, except for weekend and holiday)
  -> SAGAWA's actual delivery schedule will be reported by
      Tracking number. Please check it.

　正午までのご注文で当日配送（平日のみ、土日祝日を除く）
　（注文受注データの受信状況により一部遅れが生じる可能性があります。
　　ご了承下さい）
Now due to COVID19, delivery company (SAGAWA express) is limited
to logistic service, so we may apologize about the delivery NOT on time.
Actual delivery schedule will be informed at shipping email.
コロナの影響で上記条件での配送が困難になっているケースがあります。
上記ルールでの配送が難しい状況である事をご理解の上購入下さい。
実際の配送スケジュールについては配送後のメールにてご確認頂けます。

Shipping fee/送料について

税抜7,000円以上購入で送料無料（沖縄・離島を除く）
※100サイズボックスを超える荷物の場合は追加送料が
　かかる場合があります。その際は発送前にお知らせ致します。

Free shipping over 7,000JPY  excluding OKINAWA area 
In case of including frozen product, we will ship by frozen logistics.
(Free shipping only applied for 100size box.
 if over 100size box, we will notice customer before shipping to add charge)
常温と冷凍品の混在時は冷凍輸送にて一括配送いたします。
低温に弱い商品の混載にはお客様ご自身で注意下さいませ。
もし冷凍常温の分割配送をご希望の際は、事前にチャットかメールでお知らせください。
For Bawang Merah or other procucts are not strong with low temperature:
For free shipping if your order contains frozen item(s), we will ship as frozen.
If you want to make separated delivery between Frozen and Dry products,
please let us know before order by chat or email. We will make special order
for you. (One of cheaper delivery fee will be charged in this case)
送料無料には、例外の場合があります。
1）大量の同一商品注文（バルクオーダー）
　→同一商品の大量注文時は、各ケース毎の送料を頂く事があります
2）大量の壊れ物商品注文（ガラス瓶製品）
　→同一商品の大量注文時は、各ケース毎の送料を頂く事があります
3）その他、SALAM117が送料必要と判断した場合
　→過去に長期不在による配送未完了がある場合など
上記の可能性がある場合は、事前にチャットで弊社Customer Supportまで
お問い合わせください。
In some exception case, we will cancel Free shipping service 
1) Bulk order (too much same products in one order)
  -> We may charge shipping fee by carton unit
2) too much fragile products
  -> We may charge fragile packaging fee
3) Some other cases that SALAM117 granted to charge additional shipping fee

NOTICE:

Now due to COVID19, SAGAWA express service may happen delay.
To get actual shipping situation, please check the SAGAWA webiste
with your tracking number on our Email.
コロナの影響で集配が遅れる状況が発生しています。
実際の配送状況は、注文後に送られる発送メールの
お問合せ番号をもとにご確認下さい。
If customer didn't receive even SAGAWA deliveried over 3times or 3days,
this order will be returned to us and it should be charged double
shipping fee. 
To avoid this situation, when you receive undelivery invoice from SAGAWA,
please contact our support staff by whatsapp/facebook messanger immediately.
In case of returning parcel, we will cancel free shipping service and will charge
shipping fee .
佐川急便による配達時に3回以上不在の場合または1回目の不在伝票到着から3日過ぎた場合、自動的に当店へ有償返送となるため、1回目の不在後に確実に再配達できる日時を依頼下さい。必要な場合は弊社チャットサポートまでご連絡下さい。有償返送となったお客様のご注文は以降無料配送のサービスを提供できませんので、ご了承下さい。
